Superheated dry vapor The Dupray ONE™ steam cleaner produces the perfect steam. Its stainless steel boiler is pressurized to 4 times the atmospheric pressure to increase the boiling point of water to 293ºF / 145ºC. The high-density heating element then superheats the steam to 303°F / 150°C resulting in a low-moisture vapor steam with only 5% water content. Steam at this level is an ideal combination of water content temperature and pressure.
Pure Water Cleaning Cleaning Equipment for Pure Water Cleaning. Water is a naturally impure liquid and these impurities can interfere when using it for cleaning as microscopic deposits can cause streaks or marks and windows for example may not look as clean as they might. Pure water has all the impurities removed by a process called reverse osmosis and because water is naturally impure it wants to return to its natural state. This means that when pure water is applied to a surface it will absorb the deposits from it leaving the surface clean and streak free.
Superheated dry vapor Easily kill germs bacteria viruses and eliminate mold dust mites and all other pathogens using nothing but the most natural cleaning method – superheated steam. At the heart of the ONE Plus™ steam cleaner is a highly-efficient heating element that pressurizes the stainless steel boiler up to 4 times the atmospheric pressure. The resulting low-moisture steam is then superheated up to 320ºF / 160°C – perfect for cleaning and disinfection.
Industrial Steam Cleaners Steam cleaning is invaluable in the healthcare and food industries among others where sanitizing and deep cleaning are of paramount importance. A dry steam cleaner will produce steam at about 180o C which means it has an extremely low water content and has excellent degreasing properties.
For instance do you want a hot or cold water pressure washer. In most situations a cold water version is adequate but a hot water washer with an integral boiler will remove stubborn residue more easily (just think about doing the washing up – hot water is much more effective). For even more cleaning power a hot water jet washer can have a facility to make steam which is achieved by a valve reducing the water flow into the boiler causing steam to be formed when leaving the lance. Steam is useful for cleaning very stubborn deposits as well as killing bacteria.
Fuel Tank/Fuel Consumption (Hot Water Versions)
A larger floor buffer can be used in commercial or industrial premises and other large buildings such as schools shops warehouses and hospitals where large floor areas can be covered very quickly to minimise disruption in busy areas. The capacity and consumption of fuel to feed the burner. Most hot water pressure washers have a boiler which is normally heated by a burner using kerosene. The fuel tank capacity and consumption shows how long the machine can run before refilling. On diesel powered machines the fuel tank will normally power the pump and the burner.
